be/impact helps businesses improve training outcomes by 300% and hit their ESG/CSR goals 7x faster by turning students into teachers for not-for-profits.

Our vision is to equip people with the skills, knowledge, and network to make our world a better place.

We solve two business problems:

1) Employees don’t apply what they learn in corporate training because they do not retain the knowledge. The training content remains mostly passive and theoretical, and humans forget 75% of new information within 7 days.

2) Businesses set ambitious ESG/CSR goals but don’t have programmes to achieve them. Traditional volunteering fails to engage more than 10%, and pro-bono work is not scalable.

What we do:

We turn students into teachers. Switching from passive learning to an active learning.
As your learning partner, we integrate into your learning journey. We do not interfere with your existing learning solution. We partner with your existing training providers. Our learning journey starts where theirs usually stops, after the classroom. We match your employees with the staff of not-for-profits, and together, they repeat the same training again.

Why work with us? We do all the heavy lifting for you!

(1) Active learning: Teaching is the best way to learn, and we create a safe place for employees to significantly improve their learning retention by 300% while developing essential soft skills.

(2) Empower and retain your talents: We enable employees to experience real impact. 70% of Gen Zers claim they do not feel purpose at work. Besides, teaching is a super-rewarding and fun career development activity.

(3) Achieve your ESG/CSR targets 7x faster: We provide you with all the data for any impact reporting frameworks, both quantitative and qualitative, to tell powerful impact stories and comply with regulatory requirements.
