Ray Besson

Ray Besson, MBA, is a results-oriented leader currently serving as Principal Supply Chain Manager at Amazon Transportation Services. They previously held several strategic roles in the United States Air Force, including Chief of Strategic Planning and Chief Weapon Systems Officer, where they managed significant budgets and led teams in high-pressure environments. Ray has also worked as Director of Air Operations for US Special Operations Command and as a Political-Military Affairs Strategist at the U.S. Department of State, emphasizing interagency collaboration and operational efficiency. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Science from Louisiana Tech University and an MBA from Touro University, both with distinction.
