Hette Jellema has extensive experience in finance and risk management, with a background in internal consultancy. With a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Groningen, Hette has held various managerial positions in companies such as de Volksbank, Schiphol Real Estate, and KPMG Advisory. Hette's expertise also includes program management, interim management, and auditing, showcasing a diverse skill set in the financial sector. Currently, Hette serves as the Head of Finance at Being, demonstrating strong leadership and strategic financial planning abilities.

We aim to elevate the quality of life and to create a social inclusive and sustainable society. We (re)develop sustainable homes, apartment complexes, hotels, offices, and mixed-use buildings for a comprehensive range of end-users. Each development is approached with an open mind and with economic, environmental and social sustainability guiding each decision. Through interaction, listening and ‘feeling’ we are able to really understand the specifics of the location, current and future users.
