As the name itself Yoga comes from the Sanskrit word yuj, which is often translated to “unite, to join, or to connect”; Beirut Yoga center is a place for connection, balance and bringing the self to a harmonious state; learning to come back to yourself, finding your limits, expanding your boundaries, and being able to truly relax into who you are. Whereas all of that can be applied at the workplace, and amongst collegues at the job. 

It is very important to have a healthy life first in order to make the workplace healthy. And healthy means good relationship between the employees, the employees and the higher management, and between the inhouse and the other parties dealt with throughout the job process. 

Managing stress is one of the main habits that yoga provides, which leads to expanding the capacity of the mind, hence the person will be able to evolve within the job and expand their opportunities helping the workplace keep progressing to its ultimate capacity. 

Proper breathing is also one of the main things a person can attain through practicing regularly, and fixing the breathing means more brain capacity, and less stress, which leads to betteer performance and hence better profits.
