Robert Hardy

Robert Hardy is an experienced professional with a diverse background in account management, project management, and sales, currently serving at Brand Energy & Infrastructure Services since January 2011. Prior to this role, Robert was a Minister for community development and pastoral care at The Chaplaincy Institute from June 2010 to June 2015. Earlier career experiences include serving as Regional Sales Manager at Harsco Corporation from February 1998 to January 2010, where Robert significantly increased service volume in the Northern California Region. Robert’s career began as the President and CEO of Hardy & Company from March 1993 to March 1998, overseeing all aspects of operations and project management. Educational qualifications include a B.B.A. in Business and Marketing from National University, interfaith ministry ordination from the Chaplaincy Institute, and coaching certification from the Academy for Coaching Excellence.
