Rowan St Clair

Rowan St. Clair is an experienced professional known for contributions in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. As the President of the Board of Directors and Co-Founder at Bejuco since October 2019, Rowan focuses on empowering education through creativity and accessibility. In addition, Rowan serves as the Manager of Wellbeing at All Hands and Hearts, a global disaster relief organization, from March 2023 to January 2025. Previously, Rowan held positions such as Deputy Program Manager at Autoridad para el Financiamiento de la Vivienda de Puerto Rico, where responsibilities included managing CDBG-DR funded housing programs. Additional experience includes roles as Director of People and Operations at Vegan Wines, and project management and operations positions at RS Collaborations and All Hands and Hearts - Smart Response. Rowan started career as General Manager at Farinella Bakery. Educationally, Rowan is pursuing a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Universidad Albizu, following a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Hunter College.
