Steven Swiss

Steven Swiss has worked in the telecommunications industry since 1991. Theirfirst role was as a Communication Systems Technician at SRT Communications Inc. from 1991 to 2006. Steven then moved to Reliance Teleservice Inc. where they worked as an Installation and Maintenance Technician from 2006 to 2010. In 2010, Steven returned to BEK Communications as a Network Technician. In 2015, they moved to Ideacom Mid-America as a Telecommunications Technician before returning to BEK Communications in 2017 as a Network Engineer. In this role, they worked on the Broadsoft platform using Yealink, Polycom, and Panasonic devices. Steven also worked with Cisco Meraki products, Cisco switches, ZyXEL Nebula products, Adtran, and other various networking devices and ATAs. Steven provided both onsite and remote troubleshooting of cloud based services.
