Ivan Godecharle

Ivan Godecharle possesses extensive experience in internal audit and financial compliance, having held key positions within notable companies. At Toyota Motor Europe, Ivan served as Internal Audit Manager Europe from April 2019 to November 2021, where Ivan led and transformed the audit department and collaborated with the Audit Committee. Currently, Ivan is the Director of Internal Audit at Bekaert, responsible for leading the Group Audit Department and developing a global audit plan. Previous roles include Business Unit Controller EMEA at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., where Ivan ensured compliance with US GAAP and SOX regulations, and various auditing positions at Chartered Public Accountants firms. Ivan holds a Master's degree from the University of Antwerp.
