Joke Hoste

Joke Hoste is an internal controls and risk management expert with a dynamic approach to continuous improvement and a proven track record in high-performance delivery. Currently serving as the Global ERM & Internal Controls Manager at Bekaert since 2024, Joke previously held several key roles at Mondelēz International from 2021 to 2024, including MEU Internal Controls Lead. They have also worked as a Manager in internal audit and compliance at Ernst & Young from 2014 to 2016 and as a Senior Internal Auditor at EY from 2008 to 2014. Joke earned a Master's degree in Applied Economic Sciences from the University of Antwerp between 2004 and 2008.
