Milind Deo

Milind Deo is a seasoned professional in key accounts, quality, and sourcing management, with extensive experience at Bekaert and Cummins India. At Bekaert, they developed and streamlined business functions while establishing quality systems and driving sourcing strategy for cost reduction. Previously, Milind held various roles at Cummins India, including Sourcing Manager and New Product Development Manager, where they led vendor development and precision components creation. Currently, they are pursuing MPM in Human Resources Management and MMS in Management Science from IMCC. Milind holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Vishvakarma Institute of Technology.
