Schildermans Inge

Schildermans Inge serves as the Senior Vice President of Energy Transition at Bekaert since March 2004, where responsibilities include positioning the company as a key enabler in the Energy Transition market through connected offerings and global brands spanning the entire energy value chain. Previous roles at Bekaert include Vice President of Fiber Technologies, Plant Manager for RR and Country Manager for Slovakia, Senior Innovation Manager, Technology Manager for Bekaert Stainless Technologies and Bekaert Fibre Technologies, and R&D project manager. Additionally, Schildermans is a board member at both Pajarito Powder, LLC, a manufacturer of advanced catalysts for fuel cells and electrolyzers, and Hyve, with involvement starting in September 2022 and May 2021, respectively. Academic credentials include a Civil Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from KU Leuven, a PhD in Filtration from the University of Antwerp, and an Executive Development GMP from CEDEP in 2017.
