Sien Decruw is an experienced HR Lead currently working at Televic, a company specializing in high-tech communication systems. Sien has held various roles in HR, including HR Business Partner and Global HRBP, playing a significant part in talent acquisition and employee development. Sien began their career as a Trainee Development Consultant at Dynamo New Generation Training and has since accumulated valuable experience in recruitment and HR consulting at organizations such as Bekaert, Argon Selectie, and Tempo-Team.
