Steve McIntyre

Steve McIntyre is the Planning & Systems Manager at Bekaert, where they lead system and process improvement initiatives across various teams by applying principles of Lean Six Sigma and data science. With extensive experience in project and change management, they have previously held roles including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at Arrium Mining and Principal Consultant at Innovure. Steve's educational background includes a Master’s in Business Administration from Macquarie University and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from the University of Newcastle, along with ongoing studies for a Diploma in Project Management.
