Bart Baudelet

Bart Baudelet is currently the Global Total Reward Manager at BekaertDeslee, where they focus on global compensation and benefits, international employment, HR analytics, performance management, and equity incentives. Prior to this role, Bart held several positions at SD WORX, including Managing Consultant and Senior Consultant, from 2012 to 2024. Bart's career began at Arthur Andersen and Deloitte as a Junior Consultant and Consultant, respectively, from 2001 to 2006. They also pursued studies in Economics and Modern Languages at Onze-Lieve-Vrouwecollege Oudenaarde and attained a degree in Law with a specialization in Taxation from Universiteit Gent.
