Bilgin Hacıoğlu is currently serving as the Regional Head of R&D at Beko Global since 2025, following their role as R&D Director at Beko LLC-IHP Appliances from 2022 to 2025. They previously held positions as R&D Manager and Production Engineering Manager at Beko LLC from 2021 to 2022, and worked at Arçelik Global from 2016 to 2019 as Team Leader for both System Design and Production. Bilgin completed a B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering in 2003 and an M.Sc in Mechanical Engineering in 2006, both from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi.
