Önder Ersen

Önder Ersen is a Global HR Professional with extensive experience in human resources across multiple regions. They served as an International Human Resources Generalist at Arkas Holding S.A. from 2013 to 2016 and began their career as a Human Resources Intern at BOSCH Termoteknik A.Ş in 2010. From 2018 to 2021, Önder held several leadership roles at Arçelik Global, including Regional HR Business Partner Lead and Global Talent Management Leader. Currently, they work as the Regional HR Manager for South Asia and the US at Beko Global, while also being the Region Head HR BP, overseeing areas including the Middle East and Africa. Önder holds a B.S. in Psychology and an MS in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Middle East Technical University.
