Peter Adel has a diverse work experience in various technology companies. Peter started their career at Ring in 2004 as a Technical Service Engineer. From there, they joined Nokia - I2 in 2005 as an After Sales Manager. In 2010, Peter moved to Samsung Electronics, where they held different positions such as Service Assistant Manager, Regional Service Manager for the Middle East and North Africa, and eventually became the Head of Customer Service Department. Currently, they are working at Beko Global as the Head of Customer Service Department and has recently taken on the role of After Sales Director.
Peter Adel obtained their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in communication from the Faculty of Engineering at Helwan University. Peter attended this institution from 1998 to 2003. In 2019, Peter pursued further education and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in International Business from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport. Peter completed their MBA program at this institution in 2021.
