Sameh Saad is a finance professional with extensive experience in various business controller and advisory roles within municipal and financial service sectors. Currently serving as Controller vastgoed at Gemeente Westland since March 2024, Sameh also operates as the Owner of IM Flexible Solutions, specializing in finance professionals and project management since April 2009. Previous positions include Business Controller roles at ZonMw and Logius, as well as senior financial advisory roles at municipalities such as Vlissingen, Utrechtse Heuvelrug, and Amsterdam.
