Dan Phillips

Dan Phillips has extensive work experience in operations and supply chain management. Dan currently holds the position of Associate Director of Operations at Bel, where they oversee production and maintenance operations and manages a team of approximately 300 members. Prior to this role, they served as the interim Plant Director at Bel and as a Senior Supply Chain Manager.

Before joining Bel, Dan worked at MTD Products for over a decade, holding various managerial positions. Dan served as the General Manager, where they were responsible for strategic management of the post-sales service and aftermarket supply chain. Dan also served as the Senior Production, Materials, and Order Planning Manager, Materials and Order Planning Manager, Production Manager, Order Planning Supervisor, and Project Manager during their tenure at MTD Products.

Before MTD Products, Dan gained sales experience as a Sales Agent at Western-Southern Life Insurance, where they provided financial and insurance advice to clients and sold a variety of insurance and financial products.

Dan Phillips completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Mount Vernon Nazarene University in 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Mount Union in 2005. Dan completed their high school education at Lexington High School from 1998 to 2001. Additionally, Dan has earned certification as a Six Sigma - Yellow belt from Baldwin Wallace University and is currently working towards their CPIM certification from APICS.
