Doyle Baker has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Doyle started their career at Frito Lay, where they worked as a Supervisor, Plant IE, Product Manager, and Engineer. Doyle then joined First Brands as a Plant Manager, where they managed manufacturing and logistics staff and oversaw multiple departments. After that, they worked at Hollywood Entertainment as the Director of Distribution Centers, where they managed multiple distribution centers and reduced company operating costs significantly. Doyle then started their own consulting business, Baker Consulting Services, where they advised growing companies on production and supply chain growth. Following that, they worked at Kerry as a Plant Manager, implementing "Lean" concepts and significantly improving safety. Doyle then held roles at Trailblazer Foods and SUPERVALU before joining Ventura Foods as the Operations Manager of Salem and Portland Plants. In this role, they managed multiple manufacturing plants and successfully turned around the Portland plant, improving safety and financial performance. Doyle then worked at Red's All Natural as the VP of Operations, managing the supply chain for the startup company. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President US Operations at Bel.

Doyle Baker obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering from Kansas State University in the years 1981 to 1985.
