Doyle started their career at Frito Lay, where they worked as a Supervisor, Plant IE, Product Manager, and Engineer. Doyle then joined First Brands as a Plant Manager, where they managed manufacturing and logistics staff and oversaw multiple departments. After that, they worked at Hollywood Entertainment as the Director of Distribution Centers, where they managed multiple distribution centers and reduced company operating costs significantly. Doyle then started their own consulting business, Baker Consulting Services, where they advised growing companies on production and supply chain growth.
