Milano CHEN has over 10 years of commercial experience in the FMCG industry in China. They previously served as a Senior Product Manager at Hormel China from 2004 to 2009, where they led consumer insights and new product development initiatives. At Bel, from 2009 to 2013, Milano was a Senior Brand Manager responsible for marketing strategies across Greater China, successfully managing product launches and marketing budgets. Currently, Milano is the Food Service BU Director, consistently exceeding sales targets and leading significant business transformations that have tripled sales turnover. Milano earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology.
