Mark Stigter

Mark Stigter is a portfolio manager at de Belastingdienst, where they focus on tax-related portfolio management. Previously, they served as a PPM consultant and trainer, acquiring extensive international experience through multiple global software and process implementations. They have managed project and resource management processes and delivered various presentations on portfolio management at notable conferences. Mark has also developed training materials and established support organizations across numerous roles in esteemed companies such as Capgemini, Heineken, and Philips. They hold a Master’s degree in Public Administration and Public Policy from the University of Twente.
