Lenda Ronde is the current Head/Unit Director of the Individual Tax Department in Amsterdam at Belastingdienst. With a strong background in law and taxation, they have extensive experience in the insurance and financial sectors, specializing in operational management, customer contact, and change management. Previously, Lenda managed teams at DAS, Delta Lloyd, and Zwitserleven, focusing on improving customer journeys and departmental processes. They also completed management development programs at De Baak and Nyenrode Business Universiteit.
