Sandor Scheffer

Sandor Scheffer has extensive experience in management and consultancy roles within the Belastingdienst, focusing on Lean Management and organizational change. From December 2011 to December 2015, Sandor served as a Lean Consultant, advising and guiding managers and their teams in Lean methodologies. Prior to this, Sandor held various positions at Belastingdienst, including Agile Coach and Invoeringscoördinator, where responsibilities included representing the organization to external vendors and overseeing implementation processes. Additionally, as an Informatie- en verandermanager from May 2005 to March 2011, Sandor managed strategic changes within the organization. Sandor's qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Informatica and the theoretical component of a Master's degree in Strategic Business Administration from Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen.
