Beth Thompson has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Beth began their career as an English teacher at Greater Atlanta Christian School from 1998 to 2000. Beth then worked as a preschool teacher at Campus Kids World from 2004 to 2005. In 2007, they joined First Baptist Church of Decatur as a Finance Manager, a role they held until 2015. From 2015 to 2020, Beth worked at Developmental Disabilities Ministries of Georgia, where they held various positions including Associate Director of Finance, HR Manager/Assoc. Director of Finance, and ultimately, Human Resources Director. In 2020, they joined BELAY as a Human Resources Generalist.
Beth Thompson's education history is as follows:

- From 1991 to 1993, they attended Georgia State University and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.
