Don Waugh is an experienced leader with a robust background in operations and sales management across various industries. Currently serving as President of Resource Management & Country Leaders at Belcan since January 2020, Waugh oversees a global organization that excels in product development, systems and software, and manufacturing. Prior roles include Vice President of Sales Operations at Belcan, Vice President of Operations at Prolink, and various management positions at Prolink and Aerotek, emphasizing team development, operational efficiency, and strategic growth. Waugh holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Cincinnati and has a foundational education from Purdue University and Saint Louis University.
