Josh McFarlin

Josh McFarlin is a Senior Technical Lead at Belcan, where Josh conducts structural analyses of rocket engine components for Blue Origin's combustion devices group. With previous experience as a Structural Analyst at Agilis Engineering Inc., Josh has expertise in performing analyses of gas turbine components for major OEMs. Josh is known for mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design substantiation. Prior to this, Josh gained experience as a Manufacturing Engineer Co-op at Square D Company and as a Production Engineer Intern at Toyota Automotive Compressor of Georgia. Josh holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University.
