Josh Swanson

Josh Swanson is an experienced aerospace industry professional and business growth leader with a strong focus on customer-driven solutions. With a diverse background in key account management, technical program management, and aerospace engineering, Josh has excelled in roles at various companies, including Boeing and PACE Aerospace Engineering & Information Technology GmbH. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Mathematics from Western Washington University and a Master’s degree in Applied Economics and Statistics from Oregon State University. Currently, Josh serves as the Director of Account Management at Belcan, continuing to demonstrate a passion for aerospace and a commitment to growing high-performing teams.
