Matthew Petroff

Matthew Petroff is a seasoned leader with over twelve years of experience in Program Management and Engineering. They began their career as an Application Engineer Intern at Cummins Inc. before moving on to L3Harris Technologies, where they held several roles including Test Engineer, Research & Development Engineer, and Project Manager. Currently, Matthew serves as the Director of the Program Management Office at Belcan, where they manage a significant portfolio of projects and lead a large team of project managers. They are also pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business, building on their Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Cedarville University.
