Michael Lassandrello

Michael Lassandrello, MBA, is currently a Group Leader in Electrical & Project Engineering at Belcan Corp. They have extensive experience in engineering management, having held various leadership roles including Project Engineer at Hamilton Sundstrand, Engineering Manager at both the Optical Networking Group and Tellabs, and Program Manager at multiple aerospace firms. Michael established Lazer Optical Solutions, successfully managing all aspects of the business, and contributed significantly to major aerospace projects, including the Boeing 787 and F-16 Fighter Jet programs. They hold an MBA in Technology Management and a BS in Electrical Engineering Technology from Illinois Institute of Technology and DeVry Institute of Technology, respectively.
