Michael Werkheiser is currently the Director of Model-Based Engineering and Digital Solutions at Belcan, where Michael holds a leadership role in the investment of digital capabilities. Prior to this, Michael worked at Pratt & Whitney for over two decades in various roles, including Model Based Definition Chief Product Owner, Sr. Principal Engineer, Staff Engineer, and Senior Engineer. Michael has a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer at Work and a Bachelor's Degree from Lafayette College.
