Mitch Hare

Mitch Hare is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the IT Systems Admin Manager at Belcan, responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure while upholding cybersecurity and compliance standards. Prior to this role, Mitch held various positions at CBTS, including Manager II - Implementation & Support, where leadership involved project management and implementation of voice/network solutions, and Team Lead - Network Implementation, overseeing significant network services. Additionally, Mitch has a background in network engineering and IT analysis from roles at FirstGroup America and TeamLogicIT, and served in the US Army as a Combat Medic. Mitch holds an Associate’s Degree in Network Engineering from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College.
