Phil Schneider

Phil Schneider is a Principal Software Engineer at Belcan Engineering Group, LLC, with a focus on Flight Management Systems and NAV Attack Systems. Previously, they owned and operated JEPSAN Group, Inc., a systems and software supplier specializing in embedded avionics. Phil has extensive experience, having worked as a Reliability Analyst at General Electric and an Avionics Software Engineer at Lear Siegler. As a Lieutenant Commander in the U.S. Navy Reserve, they served as a Naval Flight Officer and logged over 3,500 flight hours. Phil holds a Master's Degree in Computer Systems Technology from SUNY Binghamton and a Bachelor's Degree in Science Education from SUNY Fredonia.
