Raymond Thom began their work experience as a Graduate Engineer at Rolls-Royce in 1992, specializing in Stress Engineering. Raymond then joined TechnipFMC in 1995 as a Design Engineer. In 1998, they moved to Belcan UK as a Stress Engineer and later progressed to become the Stress/Thermals Team Leader. Raymond further advanced to positions such as Engineering Manager, Head of Engineering - Analysis, and Technical Director. Raymond is currently serving as the Chief Engineer - Gas Turbine Propulsion at Belcan UK.
Raymond Thom attended the University of Glasgow from 1988 to 1992, where they pursued a degree in Aeronautical Engineering. Raymond successfully completed their Bachelor of Engineering with Honors during this period.
