Currently serving as Chief Engineer of Test Facilities at Belcan Engineering since November 2012, Rulli specializes in engine and engine component testing, along with expertise in test enabling hardware, instrumentation, data acquisition, and facility infrastructure. Rulli holds an Engineer’s Degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical/Space Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and an M.B.A. from Xavier University.
