Ted Harrison

Ted Harrison is a dynamic, team-oriented leader and a retired Major General in the US Army, possessing extensive expertise in the Federal acquisition process, contracting, installation management, and national security affairs. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Government Delivery at Belcan and as a member of the Board of Directors for the National Contract Management Association, Harrison has held numerous significant leadership positions throughout their career, including Commanding General of the US Army Contracting Command. Harrison’s educational pursuits include an MBA from Frostburg State University, a fellowship at the US Army War College, and a BS from Virginia Tech. They have demonstrated a proven ability to execute sound strategies and overcome obstacles in both military and defense industry settings.
