Aaron Welty

Aaron Welty is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business intelligence and systems analysis. Currently, Aaron serves as the Business Intelligence Data Warehouse Manager and previously held the role of Business Intelligence Systems Analyst at Belden Inc. since January 2012. Responsibilities include providing technical solutions within the Business Intelligence landscape, including ETL development and end user training. Additionally, Aaron contributes as the Vice President of the Board of Directors for UNION COUNTY FOUNDATION INC since January 2023. Prior experience includes a Manager role at YourEncore, overseeing systems management and the implementation of new software investments. Aaron began a career as a Business Analyst at Barnard Associates, focusing on project management and financial systems. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Economics from Hanover College, and further education at Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis, Aaron combines academic knowledge with practical expertise in technology and business solutions.
