Aliya Eichacker

Aliya Eichacker (Carter) is a Senior Product Development Engineer at Belden Inc., leading cross-functional product development initiatives focused on innovation and cost optimization since July 2025. Prior experience includes roles at Prysmian Group, where Aliya served as a Senior Product Development Engineer for Electronics and Industrial Cables, overseeing new product development and environmental compliance initiatives.
