Benjamin Willett

Benjamin Willett has a diverse work experience spanning over a period of many years. Benjamin started their career as a MIS/Product Engineer at Cable USA Wire and Cable Company in 2002 and ended in 2004, where they were responsible for various tasks such as contriving and governing Microsoft Access Databases and designing high-temperature wire and cable.

Benjamin then moved on to work as a Help Desk Support Analyst at Robert Half Technology/Norwood Promotional Products from February 2005 to October 2005, where they implemented and upgraded software and provided hardware and software support to end users.

From December 2005 to March 2006, Benjamin worked as an IT Support Specialist at Pomeroy IT Solutions/Batesville Casket Company, providing second-level support for users and maintaining documentation of IT policies and procedures.

In June 2006, they became the IT Manager at Tom Raper RV, Inc, where they maintained and serviced the network environment and all computers, as well as maintaining and updating multiple company websites.

Starting in April 2007, Benjamin worked as a Production Software Analyst at Imaging Office Systems, where they designed and implemented software solutions and provided SQL database administration.

Benjamin then became a Systems Analyst at Reid Hospital from July 2010 to April 2013, developing VB.NET applications and creating and maintaining HL7 interfaces.

In March 2013, Benjamin worked as an Application Analyst at Miami University, focusing on Grails/Groovy and Java Development and Oracle CRM Development.

From July 2013 to July 2015, they worked as a Web Analyst at Reid Hospital, involved in Asp.NET development and SharePoint development and administration.

Finally, Benjamin Willett joined Belden Inc. in July 2015 as the Lead SharePoint Administrator & Developer. Their responsibilities included SharePoint development and administration, C#.NET development, project management, web development, and Windows server administration.

Throughout their career, Benjamin has gained expertise in a variety of areas, including web development, database administration, software development, and IT support.

Benjamin Willett earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Information Technology Management from Ball State University - Miller College of Business between 2021 and 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis in 2012. Benjamin also holds an Associate's degree in Electronics Engineering Technology, which they completed at ITT Technical Institute-Indianapolis in the years 1997 to 1999. Additionally, they earned an Associates Degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from ITT Technical Institute.
