Christopher Day has a diverse work experience in the legal and intellectual property field. Christopher started their career as a Patent Examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in 1994. Christopher then worked as a Senior Associate at Finnegan Henderson from 1998 to 2007. From 2007 to 2012, they served as an Assistant General Counsel at AOL Inc. In 2012, they became the Vice President, Corporate Secretary, General Counsel, Chief IP Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer at PPC Broadband, Inc., which was later acquired by Belden Inc. Christopher continued to work for Belden Inc., holding roles such as Vice President, Chief Intellectual Property Counsel and Vice President, AGC, Enterprise Solutions Platform.

Christopher Day attended North Carolina State University from 1987 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, with a focus on control systems and operations research. From 1996 to 2000, they attended The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, earning a Juris Doctor degree in Law.
