Daniel Castro

Daniel Castro's work experience begins in 2002 at Pirelli Cables, where they worked as an Inspector de Qualidade for two years before transitioning to the role of Industrial Process Technician. In 2009, Daniel joined Prysmian as a Product Development Engineer and later became a Senior Process Engineer. Daniel then took on the role of Senior Product Engineer before leaving Prysmian in 2013. Since 2013, Daniel has worked at Belden Inc., starting as a Senior Process Engineer and progressing to Engineering Manager, Engineering Director, Industrial Director, and currently as the Director of Manufacturing Engineering.

Daniel Castro's education history includes the following:

- From 2018 to 2019, they attended Fundação Vanzolini where they obtained a Green Belt in Lean six sigma.

- In 2017, they completed a complementary course in Product Management at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.

- Between 2011 and 2013, they pursued an MBA in Gerenciamento de Projetos at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.

- From 2001 to 2008, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Engenharia P. Mecânico at Centro Universitário do Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia.

- Lastly, from 1998 to 2001, they completed a Técnica in Técnico eletrônica at Colegio Singular.
