Rick Baltz

Rick Baltz has over 30 years of experience in various finance and audit roles. Rick began their career as an Associate at KPMG US in 1988 and later worked as an Internal Auditor at Crane Co. In 1992, Baltz joined Baker Petrolite as a Financial Manager International, leading financial management activities in multiple countries. Rick then worked at Koch Industries, where they served as Risk Manager and Assistant Controller. In 2000, Baltz joined Enron as the Director of Risk Control and Operations, overseeing a team responsible for gas and power revenue accounting. Rick then moved to KPMG, where they served as a Director and practice professional standards leader. Baltz joined Huttig Building Products, Inc. in 2003 as the Vice President of Internal Audit, responsible for audit, corporate governance, and real estate management. In 2010, they became the Corporate Controller at KV Pharmaceutical, leading a team of finance professionals. In 2012, Baltz worked as a Consultant before joining Belden Inc. in 2013 as the Vice President of Internal Audit.

Rick Baltz attended Vianney High School from 1980 to 1984. Rick then pursued a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting at the University of Missouri-Saint Louis from 1986 to 1988, earning their BS degree.
