Tim Pheiffer

Tim Pheiffer has a wealth of experience in information technology (IT) and leadership roles. Tim started their career at NCR in 1987, where they held various positions in finance and IT over a span of 20 years. As Director of IT - ERP Solutions, they led a software engineering and support organization for NCR's ERP initiative, responsible for enhancing and deploying Oracle's business software. In 2007, they joined LexisNexis as Director of IT - HR and Finance Solutions, overseeing a team responsible for enhancing and supporting Peoplesoft business software for multiple divisions and countries. From 2008 onwards, Tim served at Belden Inc., initially as Director of IT for the Americas Division and later as Vice-President and CIO. In this role, they had overall responsibility for the strategic direction of Belden's IT functions and operations, including cybersecurity, networking, ERP, and IT support services.

Tim Pheiffer earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Computer Science from Heidelberg University from 1983 to 1987. Tim then pursued a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Dayton from 1988 to 1992.
