Vikas Arya

Vikas Arya has a diverse work experience in the engineering and technical field. Vikas is currently working at Belden Inc. as a Lead Engineer. Prior to that, they were employed at Gupta Power Infrastructure Limited as a Manager in Design & Business Development. In this role, they successfully developed covered conductors and solar cable samples, and also identified brand identity opportunities for the company. Vikas then worked at LEONI as an Assistant Manager in Design, where they were responsible for gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements. Before LEONI, they were an Assistant Manager Technical at Ravin cables Ltd., a Prysmian group company, where they specialized in cable designing. Their first role was at Paramount Communications Ltd as an Assistant Manager Technical, where they prepared design sheets and managed raw material calculations. Vikas started their career at Noida Electronics as an Engineer in Marketing and Quality Assurance, where they were involved in drawing harnesses and conducting raw material testing.

Vikas Arya completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from SARVEPALLI RADHAKRISHNAN UNIVERSITY from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (B.Tech.) from Greater Noida Institute of Tech. Greater Noida between 2003 and 2007. In addition, they have obtained certification as a BS ISO 45001:2018 & ISO 14001:2015 Auditor from Nexus Management Solutions in 2021.
