Belfast Group was founded by Braden Maley and his wife Jennifer. Branden’s experience draws upon two generations of homebuilding and renovation experience of Braden and his father. Braden also operate Summit Homes, a leading active adult community home building and renovation company throughout Pennsylvania and Maryland.

The mission of Belfast Group is to find the hidden treasure of superior properties and transform those properties into a home with singular charm and unrivaled quality of construction. We look for properties that can be improved into an ideal dream home while retaining the original character of the building and offering value for the homebuyer.

The goal of every home renovation Belfast Group undertakes is to uncover the potential of extraordinary properties and create a home with unrivaled quality of construction and a special charm all its own. Only 1 of every 20 homes throughout Maryland we evaluate meets the rigorous standards we apply when searching for a property. We find properties that can be restored and improved to create a truly amazing dream home, while still offering value for the homebuyer.

The Design

Our architects and interior designers start by understanding everything about the property as it was originally created, as well as the neighborhood and surroundings. Some areas may need a complete demolition and renovation to reach their full potential, while others may just need a subtle change in layout.

The Construction

In two generations of building experience, we’ve developed partnerships with the most talented craftsmen in the industry. We hand pick our craftsmen to be uniquely suited to the project at hand. Amish craftsmen create the authentic Old-World touch that only hand-made materials can deliver. We rely on the artistry of our masons, carpenters and painters to bring the architect’s vision to life.
