Bart Verwaest has extensive experience in structured finance, having worked at Belfius since November 2009 in various leadership roles, including Head of Structured Finance, Head of Financial Engineering and Debt Management, and Head of Asset Based Solutions. Prior to this, Bart held several positions at Dexia from August 1998 to October 2009, including Deputy Head of Securitisation and Senior ABS/MBS Trader. Bart Verwaest's academic background includes a Master in Accountancy & Finance from EHSAL Management School and a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from KU Leuven.
