Charline Hostyn currently serves as the Head of Private, Wealth & Individuals at Belfius within Customer Transaction Services, overseeing a team of 145 professionals dedicated to client data management, succession management, operational communication, investment reporting, financial account management, and portfolio management contract supervision. Previous roles include leading Learning, Development & Leadership within Human Resources, managing Business Banking and Daily Banking for the South-East region, and directing General Management activities in the same area, along with experience as a product manager focusing on strategic partnerships for the Belfius Mobile Application. Charline's career began at PwC Luxembourg as a Junior Auditor after completing a Master's degree in Business Management at ICHEC Brussels Management School.
