Cindy Tans

Cindy Tans currently serves as the Head of BancAssurance Marketing at Belfius since April 2023. Prior to this role, Cindy spent over a decade at AXA, progressing through several key positions including Head of Transversal Journeys, where leadership of a team focused on Customer Journey design occurred, and Head of Retail Value Proposition, responsible for the development of value propositions for P&C Retail products. Cindy also held roles such as Business Program Manager, overseeing transformation programs, and various Product Manager positions encompassing Motor, Life & Disability, and Universal Life products. Cindy's educational background includes a Master in Actuarial & Financial Engineering and a Master's degree in Commercial Engineering, both from KU Leuven.
