Danielle Daenen

Danielle Daenen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the banking and IT sectors, currently serving as the Head of Quality & Projects in the Servicing Department at Belfius since February 2007. As a member of the management board, Danielle oversees the development of the strategic vision for customer experience. Prior to this role, Danielle held several key positions at Belfius/Dexia, including Head of IT Payments & Referentials, focusing on various payment instruments and client management systems. With prior experience at Dexia, Artesia Banking Corporation, and BACOB Bank, Danielle has a proven track record in IT project leadership, functional architecture, and team management, supported by an academic background in computer science from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven.
