Elia Baele

Elia Baele is a seasoned professional in digital project management and cultural communication, currently serving as a Senior Digital Project Manager and digital strategy expert at Belfius since June 2018. With previous experience as a Service Innovation Manager at AXA and as a consultant at Tobania, Elia has demonstrated expertise in project management and marketing communications across various organizations, including BOZAR and Théâtre Royal de la Monnaie. In addition to project management roles, Elia actively contributes to the arts as a coördinator and guest speaker at De Zendelingen and Kunsthuis Opera Ballet Vlaanderen. Elia holds a Master’s degree in Art History from Ghent University and a Master’s degree in Cultural Management from the University of Antwerp.
